Boy Oh Boy is moving a chore and a half! I am worn slap out from moving and unpacking and trying to cram everything into my room at home. I can officially admit to everyone... yes I own too many clothes! (If there is such a thing). I am still not completely done but for now it will do! I am trying to get back into the mind set that I am living back at home but it hasn't set in yet! Oh well!

Now that I am back home, I plan on working on some DIY things. One thing I want to get done is a new shower curtain for my room. I haven't really been feeling mine for a while but I am going to be buying a new one before long for wherever Blake and I will be so I am going to do one I found on pinterest. Hmmm we will see...

The second thing I am going to try and "create" myself is a crate table (2 different sizes) for the reception. I may be wayy over thinking here but I am determined to try this out and see what happens! I think it will be fun but who knows when I will actually get to work on it! I have to convince my dad I am capable of operating a saw before he will let me loose. (This is probably for the best since my sister just told me there is a thing called a table saw only two days ago!) I know, I know I am learning!!!!!

Well I am seeing how great God actually is, (like I didn't already know) but today I found out I have a job interview for a job I put my resume in for a couple of weeks ago. Wish me luck for tomorrow!! Also, hopefully I will have the wedding website done soon but who knows! Too much to do, so little time!! Have a great weekend! I am def. ready for it.

Moving Home

Well I will be packing up and moving on this week from my sweet Starkville apartment. I can't believe I am out of college and much less that I finally got a JOB. That is right. I have been praying and thinking and have finally decided to take a chance. Now if only my other half can find a place to move back with me.... I know it will happen but your prayers wouldn't hurt us either! Your the best! As for me, I will be moving back in to spend sometime with my parents! I think it will be fun to spend a few months with them before I am married and living with the guy!

Finding time to sit and write has been slim lately. Wedding planning is coming along and fun things are happening. However, we have had time to sit and reflect also. New Year's Eve came with hope for a great 2012 but also left 2011 with a sadness. Blake's grandmother, Kathleen, left this earth before the New Year was here. When something like this happens it really makes me catch a deep breath and put things into perspective. Knowing the beauty life holds is amazing but also times make me realize how precious our time here is and what really matters. All the little bickering I love to do with Blake seems so small and pesky and it makes me sad to think about ever spending a second being mad towards him. I hope since 2011 was full of sadness with both of us losing a grandmother than 2012 is full of happiness. Of course it will be a great year since I get to marry my best friend but also I look forward to making memories with everyone I think of a remarkable in my life.

While job searching I have been planning, planning, and planning. I am so excited for August 4, 2012 to be here!! 

Graduation has come and gone.... so now my days have been filled with laziness and job interviews! I have had two interviews so far and I am crossing my fingers that I hear back good things from them! (Insert supportive prayer for me here). We will see how they go but I am holding faith for them.
Besides job interview news I have been doing some light wedding planning and watching every Christmas movie I can find! I LOVE, love, LOVE my holiday movies! I also have almost all my shopping done and all that is left is to finish up my guys presents! Ugh he can be so hard to shop for but this year I haven't had too hard of a time!

I also just invested in a couple of new clothing items for myself, but of course I needed them. I have been looking and looking for clothing that I deem engagement appropriate because Blake and I will be getting some pictures taken ASAP for our save the dates. I have all this inspiration but can not find clothes that I want to wear in them. The clothing is everything in these types of situations. So here are a couple of finds I purchased today:

Thanksgiving

I had debated about putting up something I was thankful for everyday of this past month but instead I realized I couldn't choose to be thankful for something for just 30 days out of the year... I am thankful for all things in my life everyday of the year so instead of writing them on here I decided to just spend time with all of them instead... I am so thankful to have them all in my life for all reasons imaginable.


My friends, who make me laugh when I need a laugh, who carry me through every bad time I have encountered, and who know me inside and out. You all make me thankful everyday.

Two Weeks

There are TWO weeks left of my college career.... and I have finally came to the realization that this is happening. Ahh.... what to do with myself!!! I know there is a "perfect" job for me out there and that I will find it so here is to hoping I find it sooner rather than later!
